ATA 4000 series is the alternative for customers who are looking for ATA/IDE SSD within lower capacity. It is embedded one ComplatFlash Card. Mainly, it transfers data through ATA/IDE interface. It supports up to UltraDMA4. Its maximum read speed is up to 38MB/sec. and maximum write speed is up to 18MB/sec. Thanks to its static wear‐leveling algorithm designed-in ATA4000+, its erase time can reach to more than 2 billion times. Also, it can operate efficiently under minus 40 degree and plus 85 degree. Its ECC function can correct 4bit per 512 Byte. Moreover, its MTBF is over than 2 million hours.
