RMA Procedure:



Remark:
1. All customers are responsible for the proper packaging of their returned products.
2. All warranties will be void on items that are improperly packaged.
3. Items returned without RMA number and RMA Request Form will be shipped back to customer immediately.
4. Bestek will enclose a “Repair Report” which shows the repair status.
